I wanted to change my room type but had already paid in full for my room. I sent an email to HotelSlash asking if that was possible, At first they said no since I had already paid but then I got another email saying they emailed the hotel requesting it and I was able to get the room at check-in. It was nice to know there were humans at HotelSlash!

Always a good way to get a good rate. Site easy to use, especially like the map which lets you know where the hotels are located.

HotelSlash has not only delivered excellent deals, but reliable bookings. I love the simple interface. I love ALL taxes and fees included in the price shown. HotelSlash continues to lead the pack compared to booking through my credit card portal (even when accounting for "perks" from my credit card), other third-party booking sites, and sometimes even "member rates" booking with the hotel directly. Best way to book. Appreciate the details on the real cost (hotel+resort fees) and communication about cancellation date approaching, card about to be charged, etc. HotelSlash is MUST USE tool we use every time to book hotels.
